Show us a Card Style @ The Crafty Pad

Super Sunday to you all!

It is time for a new challenge at

This week we would like to see a
Particular Style of Card
So an easel card, rocker, gate fold, teepee ect ect ect.
I am sure you get the drift :))

This week I took the challenge and made a gate fold card with a bonus hidden panel! I though it was also about time I filled hubby in on the results of a recent family meeting that was held in his absence.  Seems the kids have all voted and we are getting a dog!  Mummy at least won the mini clause in the debate and that is .... When we move to Perth (so yep folks, the rumors are true, I am making the move to be closer to hubby come the new year!)

 The card front.

The card open - panel one.

The card open - panel two (panel one lifts up).

Close up of message on panel two.

 The cards standing.

And Mr Romeo ... As you can see he was NOT impressed with this assignment going ahead! He was a royal pain in the butt making this and constantly all over my stuff!  From his attitude he showed while making this I secretly think he can read! (or he can at least look at the pictures and get the idea lol)

I have used 2 images today; both from The Crafty Pad Designs - Polly with Poodle and Bradly with plane.  I used 2 Polly's and on the other one edited out the poodle and flipped her around.  I wanted to make the scene of our family as it would be; Dylan playing in the background with a plane and the two girls fussing over the dog. I can not believe how well these images worked perfectly to create what it would really be like when we get a dog.  The scoreboard I knocked up myself in Microsoft Word with some text boxes and shapes.

This week we also have an awesome prize up for grabs!
Crafty Ribbons have given us a lovely stash to give to 1 lucky winner!
Aren't they just delicious!
I can feel surf, sand and summer with these little beauties!

So come along and join in the fun with us this week!
We would love to see you and stop by your creation(s) and share some love!
So come on! Get crafting and come play along with us!
