Use Something THREE Times @ Christmas Card Challenges

Mornings all :)
** Warning ** I have gotten snap happy and there is lots of photos today!

It is time again for a new challenge at

This week the challenge is ...
Use Something Three Times

Too Easy!  I have been itching to try my hand at some ribbon Christmas trees and being me, one just would not be enough so I made 3, in 3 different sizes.  I had SO MUCH FUN making these and they turned out way way better than what I had in my head!  Each one is embellished with flowers and each one is a little different to the other, but they all still match to make a set.

One small, one medium and one large.

Close up of the small tree.

Close up of the medium tree.

Close up of the large tree.

Close up of the base - an espresson cup turned upside down, embellished with Purple Cows 16g pink wire, flowers and white puffy paint.

 Close up of the top.

 View looking down.

 Snow detail around the top.

Scattered snow and pearls on the ribbon.

View from another angle.

Sooo {in love} with these!  The bases are espresso cups that were once a set of 4 but I broke 1, the trees are Styrofoam cones that I have just decorated with ribbon from my stash and adhered with sequin pins.  Flowers are a mix of my stash and some are new, and the puffy paint is a recent find that I have totally fallen in love with and I think I am slightly addicted to using it! lol It really looks amazing when you heat the stuff and see it all puff up, but do be mindful if heating the stuff on ribbon and keep the heat moving around or you will melt your ribbon!  These are going to look great for the Christmas house display this year!

As always the girls and I would love if you played along with us at
The challenge theme is optional, the only real rule is you must create a new Christmas Holiday, winter or Hanukkah card / creation.

I look forward to seeing you there!
Thanks for dropping in to see me today :)
