Morning sweet friends :)
Feeling a little tired today as we were up at 4 and I was naughty and stayed up and watched a movie that didn't finish till just after 11 last night, so I am really feeling worse for wear today but it was self inflicted so no sympathy lol.
I wanted to quickly share with you a scrapbook page I made over the weekend. Being it is still so chilly here and the heater is in the family / dinning room I moved myself out there over the weekend and took over the dining room table with my scrapbooking (it is the best place in the house to scrapbook as the room you have to spread all your things out is just so spacious lol) We have an 8 seater dining room table so you can imagine the room!
Anyway, I finished my page last night while watching the movie and I had to tidy my mess up this morning before my gremlin little girls got to any of my stash. They are like those birds that have a natural attraction to anything blue and steal it and hoard it in their nests, though my girls go for anything blingy and my flowers and I will it find my stuff hidden in their bedrooms somewhere :$
I scrapped my favorite photo of Emilie and Ben at the moment, a shot in the early hours of the morning of her 2nd Birthday, right before Daddy was heading to work for a 48 hour shift :( I don't share many of my scrap pages and I really don't know why, but something else to add to my to do more of list.
I was going for masculine yet still a feminine look, I feel I achieved it. There is lots of Kaisercraft in this piece, as I also tried something new with trying to limit my products to just one company so everything here is from my stash and all over 6 months old! My gosh that is sad and bad, I have too much stuff if things can sit for that long! I usually just grab what I have, what I like, what's spinning in my head and go with what supplies I have gathered, so this was an interesting challenge in itself for me and it was a fun one.
So, through in a DT card or 2 for this week and well that was my weekend. Hope you all had a lovely one too. Thanks for dropping into see me today :))
