September Sneak Peak Week @ Inspird Stamps

Terrific Tuesday folks!

It is an exciting day today with the start of the
 SNEAK PEAK WEEK!

There is some gorgeous new stamps due to hit the store this week at noon on Friday and we are so excited that all orders that total $25.00 or more in product will receive a free $3.99 Scripture Stamp of their choice!  Pop on over to the Inspired Stamps Blog for all the dets!

That ‘s the news out of the way, so onto what I have been playing with this week!  The moment I picked up the September New Release packet I knew I wanted to play with the 1 Corinthians Scripture – Love Is.  Ideas flew into my mind instantly so Mr Mojo and I got down and crafty and had some fun !

Another card I have fallen in love with (I so have to stop that habit lol)  All the pieces I pulled from my scraps baskets, the hearts are a punch that I coved with fluffy heat emboss white paint (another addiction of mine at the moment) & gave them a light distress with some TH inks.  The twine I twisted together some white and red to make the candy strip and brushed some mod pod over to help it keep its form and then threaded on some beads, again from my stash and for something a little different I did some two tone stitching in red and white around the edge.

is sharing all the sneak peeks that will be released on Friday so pop on over to see the amazingly adorable creations from the other girls too!
We would love if you called past and shared some love with us!

I'll be back next Tuesday to share another Inspired Stamps creation with you!

Stars @ Christmas Card Challenges

Mornings all :)
It is that time ... time for a new challenge at

This week the challenge is ...
Stars

So I went for one big star!

I truly fell in love with the star decor piece I made back in July that I just had to make another one!  I think I may even have to make a 3rd lol!  The star base is a Kaisercraft chipboard star that I have covered with Graphic 45 papers and TH distress inked along the edges, the dove embellishment is a Christmas decoration I scored last year from the $1 dollar shop in the new year sales, sentiment is computer generated and all the other flowers and embellishments are none other than pretty Prima.  Again another piece using all my horded supplies so no shopping was necessary :)) Love crafty days and projects like that!

We would love you to play along with us at
The challenge theme is optional, the only real rule is you must create a new Christmas Holiday, winter or Hanukkah card / creation.

I hope I see you there :)
Thanks for dropping in to see me today :)

DT's Choice with Inspired Stamps

Good Evening folks :)

Sorry I am running a tinsie tade late with my
Inspired Stamps post today :$
I am smack bang in the middle of moving house, but thankfully it is all nearly finished and things will return to normal hopefully by the weekend.

Anyways, this week the Inspired Stamps girls were given free range to play with whatever our little hearts desired!  Ohhh I love those days when you can let Mojo off his leash to play till his heart is content and this is where we went!

I just love the 1.5inch Greeting Circles set! They are so handy, versatile and fun to play with and for a stamp that is not often the main focal part of a card I wanted to try and make it the star of the show for a change.  I also inked up the Fruitful Flourishes (another great set with so many! Ideas and uses) and stamped some of my favourite words along the bottom of the frame.   I adore how this card finished, and I just love the ribbon tied across it.

has some amazingly adorable creations from the girls to share with you!
We would love if you called past and shared some love with us!

I'll be back next Tuesday to share another Inspired Stamps creation with you!

Use Something THREE Times @ Christmas Card Challenges

Mornings all :)
** Warning ** I have gotten snap happy and there is lots of photos today!

It is time again for a new challenge at

This week the challenge is ...
Use Something Three Times

Too Easy!  I have been itching to try my hand at some ribbon Christmas trees and being me, one just would not be enough so I made 3, in 3 different sizes.  I had SO MUCH FUN making these and they turned out way way better than what I had in my head!  Each one is embellished with flowers and each one is a little different to the other, but they all still match to make a set.

One small, one medium and one large.

Close up of the small tree.

Close up of the medium tree.

Close up of the large tree.

Close up of the base - an espresson cup turned upside down, embellished with Purple Cows 16g pink wire, flowers and white puffy paint.

 Close up of the top.

 View looking down.

 Snow detail around the top.

Scattered snow and pearls on the ribbon.

View from another angle.

Sooo {in love} with these!  The bases are espresso cups that were once a set of 4 but I broke 1, the trees are Styrofoam cones that I have just decorated with ribbon from my stash and adhered with sequin pins.  Flowers are a mix of my stash and some are new, and the puffy paint is a recent find that I have totally fallen in love with and I think I am slightly addicted to using it! lol It really looks amazing when you heat the stuff and see it all puff up, but do be mindful if heating the stuff on ribbon and keep the heat moving around or you will melt your ribbon!  These are going to look great for the Christmas house display this year!

As always the girls and I would love if you played along with us at
The challenge theme is optional, the only real rule is you must create a new Christmas Holiday, winter or Hanukkah card / creation.

I look forward to seeing you there!
